1:1 Coaching For Men Who Are Ready to Build

I work with men who are recovering from heartbreak, burnout, or emotional chaos—and who are ready to reclaim their strength. This isn’t therapy. It’s steady, structured guidance rooted in discipline, clarity, and self-respect. I have been where you are. I have developed the tools and resilience to lean in with you.

Through weekly one-on-one coaching, we’ll build practical tools, break destructive patterns, and help you lead yourself forward with purpose. If you’re tired of spiraling and ready to do real work, this is for you.

You can book 4 sessions at a time, one month of weekly calls to get a strong foundation built and then schedule one-off calls as needed.

The Man Behind Rewild The Man

My name is John David Fraser, and I’ve spent over 50 years in the wild—hunting, guiding, fishing, and learning what it truly means to be a man.

Not a man shaped by algorithm or public opinion, but one forged by fire, failure, and long days in the backcountry.

I was raised in a time when boys were handed knives, not phones. We tied flies, cleaned fish, and split wood—not because it was trendy, but because it was expected. That kind of knowledge wasn’t a hobby. It was pride, purpose, and service.

Over the years, I became a licensed guide and outfitter, leading wilderness hunts and fly fishing expeditions across Canada’s north.

I’ve taught fly fishing, written for national publications like Traditional Bowhunter Magazine, and regularly appear in the award-winning series From The Wild.

But something began to shift.

Men started showing up unsure of themselves. Unsure how to build a fire. How to hunt, track, and thrive on the land. The world had softened them. And what began as a career in guiding slowly became something deeper.

I realized I wasn’t just helping men catch fish. I was helping them remember who they are. That’s what Rewild The Man is all about.

It’s a return to grit. To responsibility. To primal skills and quiet strength. To the ancient code of the man who protects, provides, and leads—not with noise, but with presence.

This is a call for modern men to come home to what they once knew:

The world doesn’t need meeker men. It needs wilder ones.
